Occupational Therapist - Part Time

HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a 68-bed senior living community in Louisville, Kentucky.  Located on a 35-acre campus in southern Jefferson County, this great facility offers a full continuum of care, from independent and assisted living to memory care and skilled nursing care.  The primary role of the Occupational Therapist in this position will be to complete evaluations and progress notes, along with recertifications and discharges, on a part-time or consistent PRN basis.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
