Marketing Assistant- $24/hr

What Can We Offer You: 

• Competitive base pay of $24.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills 

• Full Time benefits, PTO, 401K 

• Represent high quality products with the leading professionals in the industry

• Work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do 

What You’ll Do: 

• Establish and maintain relationships with venders

• Plan events to fill the event calendar

• Create reports for management

• Work with accounting to ensure all contracts are paid by due date

• Remain under budget with all event costs

• Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of the event program

What You’ll Bring:  

• A minimum of 1-year administrative experience required

• Detail oriented

• Proficient with Microsoft products

• Excellent communication skills
