ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented Business Analyst to work with our MEDLOG IT PMO customer at Ft. Detrick in Frederick, MD. This individual will be an imperative part of the DMLSS team for establishing requirements for data purging in accordance with the National Archive and Records Administration.  Specifically, we are looking for someone with out-of-the-box thinking that can work well with a cross-functional team to ensure the needs of our Defense Health Agency (DHA) Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) users are being met by this data purging activity.  This activity is imperative to poise DMLSS for its technical refresh by minimizing the amount of data to be migrated to the LogiCole application.

The Business Analyst will:

• Become the resident subject matter expert on the National Archives and Records Administration guidance and map its applicability to DMLSS data.
• Collect and perform analysis on requirements associated to the data purge.
• Validate DMLSS functionality data post data purge to ensure capability works as expected.
• Create defect reports for any data inaccuracies resulting from purge.
• Create and test data patch requests when necessary.
• Communicate well on all levels to various government and contractor support personnel, Developers, other Business Analysts, Leadership, Operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent desired.
• 2-4 years’ experience as DMLSS Business Analyst
• 2 years’ experience working on an Agile team and following Agile processes SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Desired Skills

• Experience in writing requirements with acceptance criteria and test skeleton
• Experience with requirements management and project management tools like Microfocus Solution Business Manager, Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence.
• High proficiency in technical writing.
• Be able to operate independently as well as seamlessly with the team to complete the mission.

Clearance Requirements:

• Either possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
