Job Description

AECOM/Tishman is seeking an experienced Architectural Construction Project Manager with experience in healthcare/life science for our ongoing construction project in Manhattan.

• Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

• BA/BS Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering and 4 years of architectural construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences construction experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Architectural construction in a life sciences or healthcare environment.
• BS degree in Architecture.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager from a larger GC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
