Senior Consumer Loan Processor

Fulfills loan applications by ensuring stipulations are verified, loan documents are sent, and funds are disbursed on all types of loans including complex vehicle transactions. Communicates with members, dealers and others to ensure documents are received. Reviews incoming member faxes and emails to ensure all Loan Officer Stipulations are satisfied. Prepares and sends documents for member signatures for Credit Cards, LOCs, Personal, and CD loans. On collateralized loans, consults title specialists to ensure correct title fees/taxes, o and forms are requested to perfect our lien for collateralized loans (cars, boats, RVs, ATVs). Reviews signed documents ensuring all documents received are complete and accurate. Ensure all members pass ID authentication (RSA, DocuSign, manual validation, etc.) Disburses funds according to member requests or loan requirements by deposit, check, wire, or general ledger. Follow-ups on outstanding documentation or loans that have not closed by emailing, web messaging and calling members to ensure loans are booked in a timely manner. Monitors all QA loan queues to ensure timely responses to member’s requests. Assists members, branches, call center employees and all other Credit Union employees with questions regarding loan closings. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of as a Consumer Loan Processor II or a combination of prior experience and one as a Consumer Loan Processor II.
