Subject to Grant Funding?: No   Essential Job Functions: 1. Develop and maintain business opportunities with not-for-profit organizations that align with FLR's mission.

2. Utilize marketing materials and strategies to develop and retain FLR member business in order to achieve revenue goals established by the FLR Board of Directors.

3. Maintain and promote relationships and business with potential and existing customers.

4. Identify new prospects and key contacts.

5. Manage existing affiliate accounts.

6. Participate and make marketing presentations at trade shows, meetings, and conferences.

7. Provide reports as required by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Board of Directors.

8. Utilize FLR business systems to collect and evaluate data to effect the continuous improvement of business and marketing programs.

9. Work to align business planning with the FLR strategic and operational plans.

10. Developing creative business solutions to attract new business within the Affiliate membership guidelines.
Marginal Job Functions: 1. Policy-making and/or Interpretation: Contribute to the development, interpretation and implementation of company policies, procedures and guidelines related to all areas of the Corporation.

2. Program Direction and Development: Daily or as required coordination with the FLR Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Communications Officer to develop, enhance, and implement strategies for the provision of the FLR services. Coordinate activities with a variety of entities (non-profits, community organizations, e.g.) throughout the state to promote the services of FLR.

3. Level of Public Contact: Frequent contact with FLR partner institutions, affiliates, associates and potential affiliates about the full range of FLR services.

4. Board Relationships: Participates in all scheduled Board of Directors, Finance & Business Development, and Executive Committee meetings to provide assistance and advice as required.

5. Support Responsibility: Contribute and support FLR executive staff initiatives and projects where applicable. Assist the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in aligning business planning with the FLR strategic and operational plans. Collaborate in coordination with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive officer in the development of the FLR Business Development Plan approved by the FLR Board of Directors. In the absence of the Chief Operating Officer or Deputy Chief Operating Officer, assumes those responsibilities on an interim basis in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer.
