Join our Resource Team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Resource Team Nurse and Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health at the bedside across various departments including our Acute Care and Surgical units, with endless opportunities to grow and train to specialty units (ICU/Stepdown, Emergency Departments, Maternal Child units, and procedural areas). In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing care to patients in assigned units based on real-time staffing needs. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to our community. You’ll adapt to different unit cultures, patient populations, and workflows – as well as serve as a knowledgeable and flexible team member, supporting patient safety and clinical excellence across the house. You’ll gain valuable experience, build connections across units, and enjoy the variety that keeps your nursing career fresh and engaging.
Shift: 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week) - Full-Time, Variable shift
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
