SharePoint Sales Systems Manager

Position Summary:
The SharePoint Systems Manager will work in a team environment to develop custom frontend solutions for a sales content SharePoint site at Monster Energy. With oversight from Sr. Manager, the candidate will act on change requests that incorporate content, style, list, library, and workflow updates to new and existing applications. He or She will also be tasked with staying up to date on new technology trends and providing suggestions on possible new solutions, assessing the needs of the Monster Garage end users and create new solutions to help maximize the efficiency of the users.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and develop portal content and applications to further streamline employees’ workload.
• Create sites, lists, and libraries to support the Business initiatives.
• Serve as point of contact for Sales SharePoint content requests.
• Ensure content is up to date and relevant. (Including pages, documents, and user experience)
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.
• Act as tier 2 help desk for SharePoint related issues

Position Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Related Major
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Up to date on current industry UI/UX trends and core concepts.
• 3 years of experience Front end developer experience in a production environment.
• 2 years of experience with SharePoint in an Administrator/Developer role
• 2 years of experience interacting with customers and gathering requirements.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering concepts and practices
• Experience with custom solutions and programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, CSOM& Rest API's, Visual Studio, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Experience w/ Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps) a plus.
• Knowledge of available SharePoint APIs and libraries
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Microsoft Certifications a plus!
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Base Pay Range: $72,000 - $84,700
