What You will do:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical engineers responsible for factory acceptance testing of complex medical devices.
- Oversee execution of manufacturing test operations, ensuring alignment with production schedules and product quality requirements.
- Develop, implement, and standardize Manufacturing Test Engineering processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and communication protocols.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability, optimize performance, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, reduce cycle time, and lower operational costs, delivering measurable cost savings.
- Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to support new product introduction (NPI), design transfer, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., FDA requirements) through execution and closure of Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Represent manufacturing test engineering in cross-functional forums focused on portfolio management, R&D prioritization, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide engineering support to capital equipment production environments, ensuring test processes meet throughput, reliability, and quality expectations.
- Drive alignment across global manufacturing engineering teams to standardize test strategies, tooling, and methodologies.
What You will have:
- Engineering or technical bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing manufacturing teams
- Demonstrated experience owning manufacturing system processes
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP and productivity software.

The base pay range for this position is:
$155,900 - $214,357Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
