Description

Harley Street Wellbeing Centre is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

There are 3 shift patterns 07:45 - 15:45, 10:00 - 16:00 and 12:00 - 20:00. This will be discussed at the interview.
 
Located right in the heart of London’s prestigious medical district, Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is one of the UK’s leading mental health clinics.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

Part of the role you will:
  • Provide efficient admin and secretarial support, including document production, telephone enquiries, diary management, visitor reception, and other tasks as needed. Work closely with the Wellbeing Centre Manager.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries, prioritising and escalating issues appropriately to maintain high service levels.
  • Ensure all information and documents comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements; maintain accurate audit trails.
  • Update and maintain accuracy in central and local databases.

One year’s work experience within an administrative, customer service, clinical, educational or other appropriate background.
