Position Title: Sr. Manager, Transformation

Job Location:  Hershey, PA

Pay Level: 2A

Role Responsibilities:

• Creates project charters for Functional Pillar projects​
• Supports the Functional Pillar Lead related to their​
• Manages the day to day of the project timelines ​
• Ensures that initiatives are reporting status in central locations by required due date and issues are being escalated to their associated pillar lead​
• Ensure that focus is maintain on the budget and monetary targets are on track

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills ​
• Advanced Problem solving and meeting facilitation​
• Novice Project management tool experience (Key, Clarity, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)​
• Novice MS Whiteboard

 

 

Qualifications:

• Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or other related field
• Experience:
  • HSY Experience in the associated functional pillar
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • 2-5 years experience in project management roles
  • 2-5 years experience in change management support roles
