The Apple Wallet team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy and execution of our analytics platform. Description
Responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for Wallet Services analytics. Be at the center of our data-informed decision-making process, ensuring our initiatives are built on a foundation of secure, reliable and privacy-first data.Preferred Qualifications
PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe, PgMP, PfMP or equivalent certifications.Payments industry, digital wallets, or large-scale e-commerce platforms.
Privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., differential privacy).
MS degree in Business Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management3+ years of experience supporting Data Engineering/Science.
Deep understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycles, including business/data understanding, data prep and modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
Hands-on experience with GenAI, leveraging LLMs for project, program and portfolio management automation, creation and research.
Experience across big data technologies, such as Splunk, Spark, Kafka, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake or Teradata.
History of shipping complex, scalable, and reliable data platforms, high quality data products and analytics solutions.
Prior experience supporting key PPM areas, including stakeholder management, performance and quality management, risk and change management, governance and benefits realization management.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and align teams from Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Privacy without direct authority.
Mastery in navigating ambiguity. Ability to take a high-level business or product goal and translate it into a concrete, phased execution plan with clear technical requirements.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
Understand, influence, and manage data privacy principles.
