EMEA FP&A Controller

Job Description

Reporting directly to EMEA FP&A Director, within a team of 4 people the EMEA FP&A controller main activity will be to:

• Assist the EMEA FP&A Director in all the financial cycles of the EMEA region:
  • preparation of the budget review with the different country of the region
  • monitoring and analysis of the activity, monthly closings, reforecast and analysis of discrepancies. The scope of analysis will cover all the PL captions: from revenue with analysis by clients, practices, verticals… to Personnel costs, bonus and all G&As.
• Prepare EMEA Management Board reports, including annual Budget presentation and monthly business reviews presentations.
• Prepare various analyzes and presentation at the request of the EMEA CFO
• Work on transversal financial subject across the region such as: key clients analysis (using Salesforce and Power BI); Productivity, bonus computation; capital expenditures, Headcount & Personal costs analysis
• Work closely with the country FP&A team and Groupe FP&A team.
• Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts of the EMEA HQ entity.
• In coordination with the Shared Services Centers team (Resources):
  • Ensure the accuracy of HQ costs reporting (under SAP)
  • Handle the Group system of EMEA management fees: determination of total costs and their allocation to each market of the region, review and control of the related data reported in HFM.

Qualifications

PROFILE

• 3/5 years’ experience in Finance and/or external Audit (Big 4)
• Experience in reporting and/or consolidation systems
• Motivated, team player, works well under pressure and with deadlines
• Master degree (French business school or French University Finance & Accounting degree)
• Very good level of English – spoken and written
• Very good practice of Excel, PowerPoint and reporting systems.
