Let's work together! <br/>We are a globally operating Center of Excellence (COE) team committed to organizing and generating meaningful data and insights to enhance talent-oriented management decisions and people operations.We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, People Analytics, to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of internal and external front/back-end data tools, laying the groundwork for delivering technical and analytical outputs to consumers of talent analytics. Your primary focus will be on driving business insights through Tableau (being our tool of choice), supporting the organization's rapid expansion of Tableau Dashboards Library for advanced talent insights delivery.
<h3>Your Role in Action:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead all phases of solution/dashboard development, from design to the publication of talent Tableau dashboards, further maintenance/enhancements, and collaboration with internal stakeholders on a wide portfolio of People Analytics topics such as Headcount, Diversity, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, and Compensation.</li><li>Support Board-level strategy decks, handling simple and complex ad-hoc analytics, and addressing reporting queries by partnering with internal stakeholders to gain an enhanced understanding of business challenges, translating them into actionable solutions.</li><li>Contribute to the enhancement and automation of existing analytical processes.</li><li>Analyze data to ensure consistency and integrity across systems, specifically Workday, Culture Amp, and One Model (our backend Tableau warehouse solution).</li><li>Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
<h3>Your Skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by superior data storytelling abilities.</li><li>Demonstrate experience and understanding of HR/Talent-related data, with proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques—Tableau being our tool of choice.</li><li>Exhibit working knowledge of the following (or similar) tools: Tableau, Workday, One Model, Culture Amp; experience with R and Alteryx a plus.</li><li>Ability to thrive collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>If you are passionate about making a significant impact through data-driven insights in the realm of People Analytics, we encourage you to apply for this Senior Analyst position. <h3>Compensation</h3>
<ul>
<li>This is a 1 year fixed-term contract position (01.06.2024-31.05.2025)</li><li>Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices. </li><li>This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 123,000 and 185,000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
