Day to Day Responsibilities  

Perform assigned administrative functions as part of the Technical Center Workshop team. Partial responsibilities include vehicle tracking and deployment, repair order billing, warranty claims, obtain repair authorizations/approvals.  

  • Coordinate factory required pre-production rework activities on early vehicles 

  • Track, locate and monitor pre-production vehicle locations 

  • Manipulate and formulate data to provide specific rework detail to technicians 

  • Record detail relating to completion of reworks on all pre-production units 

  • Close out reworks in the fleet management system 

  • Cross charge rework costs 

  • Perform all in-house and external repair order rework billing of parts, labor and sublets 

  • Communicate with service personnel of reconciliation centers in North America 

  • Advise on rework requirements, timescales and other relevant details 

  • Turn in vehicles for re-assignment or re-marketing as required 

  • Support the parts inventory management in the technical center 

  • Perform warranty claims processing and prepare for upload and correction. 

  • Track payment status and resolve issues for claim payment 

  • Submit Fixed Right Enhanced Diagnostics authorizations to obtain warranty prior to approval where required 

  • Utilize Dealer Integrated Material Exchange (DIME) to perform warranty parts return processing and return shipping 

  • Utilize DIME for warranty parts scrapping 

 

What you bring  

  • Must be highly interpersonal with team-building and participative management skills 

  • Requires self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision 

  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications 

  • Must maintain High Standards 

  • Works well under pressure 

  • Manages business complexity 

  • Must have ability to maintain a professional level of communication in English and any other languages as required by the project client 

  • High level of proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel and Word 

  • Must be able to execute outlined job components such as training, reporting, marketing, group facilitation and product demonstration abilities 

  • Must be capable of formulating business decisions based on a logical reasoning approach and offering a solution-based outcome to all situations 

  • Must operate successfully in a business environment with limited management oversite 

  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent experience 

  • Two years of college with a strong emphasis on business skills preferred
