Job Description

Gestão e acompanhamentos de lead’s:

- Tratamento de dados para reporting;

- Follow up de leads;

- Contactos de outbound para acompanhamento de clientes de EOT.

Suporte de product management:

Manutenção e atualização do Product Catalogue e Product Handbook;

Análise trimestral da concorrência;

Envio mensal de reports;

Atualização do Interest Governance;

Validação de saldos em aberto.

Qualifications

- Capacidade de comunicação e gestão de contatos outbound;

- Capacidade de organização e de gestão do tempo com orientação para os objectivos;

- Gestão do stress;

- IT Skills in Office 365 (Onenote, Excel, Power BI, PPT, Word, Teams, Outlook);

- Proatividade e flexibilidade;

- Sentido comercial;

- Capacidade de relacionamento com clientes internos e externos.
