Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shifts (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
Compensation: $61.78 - $80.32 per hour (based on experience, 10-20+ years)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (with 2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Cellular Therapy team. This pharmacist will play a key role in supporting transplant cellular therapy (TCT) patients, focusing on anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will also contribute to interdisciplinary rounds, pharmacokinetics, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized pharmacy services for BMT and TCT patients

• Manage and educate on medications, including CAR-T therapies and immunomodulators

• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, offering pharmacokinetic and therapeutic input

• Support institutional quality initiatives and collaborate with the care team for optimal outcomes

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

• Licensure: Active Florida Pharmacist License

• Certifications: Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)

• Experience: Recent (within the last year) acute hospital experience in TCT, CAR-T, or BMT
