Who We Are:

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is the internal service organization of the Hydro Group, delivering IT, financial and HR services to all business areas. We are on a mission to embed a user-centric mindset across our IT organization, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Service Designer to lead this transformation. At Hydro, the design approach and methodology seeks to shape the whole company, starting from the supporting areas.

Your Role:

•    Be an Innovator: Lead the adoption of service design methodologies within our IT organization, transforming how we approach user-centered solutions.
•    Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with developers, product owners, managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
•    Focus on the Customer: Gather insights through user feedback, identify service gaps, and craft new service experiences from concept to implementation.
•    Champion Service Design: Empower the 'Modern Worksplace' team to apply service design frameworks, including conducting research, interviews, and usability testing.
•    Document and Drive Results: Develop clear documentation and support the implementation of design-driven changes across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

•    Proven expertise in service design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
•    Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in a corporate environment.
•    Strong research, communication, and facilitation skills to turn insights into actionable strategies.
•    A passion for creating intuitive, meaningful, and sustainable service experiences.
