Domestic Sales Administrative Assistant - Arbuckle, CA
This is a Salaried, Non-Exempt position
Position Summary:
This Domestic Sales Administrative Assistant ensures accurate order processing, smooth freight coordination, strong customer communication, and effective administrative support. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, basic accounting experience, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process domestic sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Complete data entry tasks and maintain organized filing systems
- Coordinate freight scheduling and logistics with internal and external partners
- Generate requested reports for sales, inventory, and management needs
- Track and maintain empty bag inventory
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to support daily operations
- Assist with miscellaneous assignments as directed by the Supervisor
- Support a diverse team and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
- Work overtime as needed
- Perform all other duties assigned by management
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Administrative experience; basic accounting experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated history of safe work behavior and commitment to safety practices
- Respectful, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Bilingual ability is a plus
- Good attendance record

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$32,200.00 - $59,000.00
