Manager, Digital Product Implementation
The Leading Hotels of the WorldAbout the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized Manager, Digital Product Implementation to help bring our hotelier-facing digital experiences to life from concept to flawless delivery. Reporting to the Director of Hotel Digital Product Development, you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and tactical execution of key initiatives across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital project management and a growing interest or hands-on experience in product management.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives on managing the moving pieces that bring digital projects to life. You’ll focus on turning plans into high-quality results—balancing speed and precision with an eye for detail, quality, and user impact. While you’ll occasionally join strategy discussions for context, your main focus will be execution: driving complex initiatives forward, removing blockers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Whether you come from an agency, a startup, or an internal product team, you're known as someone who gets things done.
This is a full-time position located in New York City. We offer flexible workplace policies that allow for working remotely 3 days a week and require being in our NYC office 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).
What You’ll Do
- Drive day-to-day execution of key digital product initiatives including building and maintaining project timelines, coordinating cross-functional meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion of milestones.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Creative, IT, Marketing, and external developers, managing timelines, deliverables, feedback loops, and ensuring everyone stays on track.
- Support hands-on execution of day-to-day tasks related to Digital Support: from conducting functional QA of product features to updating Confluence pages with the latest project documentation, to triaging hotel requests with our Digital Support team.
- Serve as the hotel-facing lead for select projects or products, owning communications with hotel stakeholders, scheduling and facilitating product demos and/or Q&A sessions, documenting feedback, and advocating for hotel needs during internal planning.
- Collaborate with the Director to translate product strategy into detailed execution plans, working closely with the Director to break down objectives into prioritized tasks, define success metrics, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Proactively manage communication streams, sharing timely updates, tracking risks and blockers, and keeping stakeholders informed through written summaries, project dashboards, or regular check-ins.
Who You Are
- A Doer: You’re not afraid of ambiguity and love bringing structure to chaos. You’re the person people rely on to "make it happen."
- Execution-Oriented: While you appreciate product strategy, you get your energy from making things move, not from long debates.
- A Great Collaborator: You thrive in cross-functional teams, balancing priorities, navigating feedback, and ensuring everyone stays informed.
- Adaptable: Comfortable switching gears between products, stakeholders, and technical constraints.
- Detail Obsessed: You have meticulous attention to detail when it comes to timelines, QA, documentation, and coordination.
- Proactive and Resourceful: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through. You're someone who keeps things moving without needing constant direction.
- Curious and Always Learning: You ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand how things work, and look for ways to improve processes. You’re open to learning across platforms, tools, and workflows.
- Accountable and Reliable: People can count on you. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and deliver on time, even when juggling multiple priorities.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in digital product management, digital project management, digital production, or related roles
- Proven success managing complex digital initiatives, ideally across multiple web or app platforms
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Figma
- Comfortable working in Agile and hybrid environments with global team members
- Strong communication and organization skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable interfacing directly with external partners, vendors, or clients at all levels
- A basic understanding of UX, QA, and front-end development
