Summary

The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing mobility operations within their assigned region. Typically has a minimum of 10-12 years of immigration experience, with significant experience as in establishing the immigration process in 2 countries or more.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment

  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning

  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs

  • Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers.

  • Conducting regular performance review and providing feedback to Team Leaders.

  • Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions.

  • Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.

  • In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions

  • Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies aligned with business goals and compliance standards.

  • Familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leadership and collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
