Management Training Program Details:

As a management trainee, you can count on this program to prepare you to create your ideal career (regardless of the industry!) Our company is being built exclusively with leaders who develop from our training and guidance from within and externally. 

 

Training completion will take between 60 – 90 days (depends on current experience.) The compensation package includes benefits such as weekly pay, performance bonuses, and much more.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Account Manager to take ownership of daily valet operations across our restaurant locations and private events. As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the on-site leader responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring oversight of team leads, valet/parking attendants, and a strong focus on communication and safety.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support Shift Leads, Team Leads, and front-line staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
• Onboard, train, and coach new hires and promote top talent
• Collaborate with building security and property management teams
• Manage schedules, revenue tracking, and operational reporting
• Resolve client and customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Own the financial performance of your location(s), including budgets and end-of-month reconciliations
• Implement safety protocols and continuous improvement practices
• Conduct performance check-ins, disciplinary meetings, and team updates

Qualifications

 

What we’re looking for

• At least 6 months current or prior leadership experience
• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills (Google Apps, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lead by example and drive performance across a team
• A flexible schedule and willingness to average 40 hours/week
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift by performing various tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging..
• Bonus: Experience in automotive, parking, or hospitality industries
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

 

Requirements:

• Required availability during hours of operation, Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 9pm.
• Although rare, must have the ability to assist on an on-call basis in case of location emergencies or major issues resulting in client dissatisfaction.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. 
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• All candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer has been made
• Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions
