As a National Account Manager - West Region - Hospital Inpatient Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems ( BGM ), you will develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies for account management team, within the context of the overall corporate plan and, where appropriate, recommend standards and meet sales targets and quotas. Establishes and maintains sales relationships with major accounts/customers. This is a field based opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage key sales accounts within the blood glucose monitoring solution for inpatient hospital market.
- Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and lead teams in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to an account.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of account managers to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the complete contracting cycle with large key accounts with a focus on renewing every contract before expiration.
- Between 50-70% travel expected as you’ll be covering a large geographic region
Experience You’ll Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
- Microsoft Office
