Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewed requests for construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, replacement and other services, to include, special projects, engineering scopes, studies and designs, contracts; 2) Performs cost accounting and work order tracking for both in-house and contract execution; 3) Schedules projects for efficient and timely execution by in-house workforces and contracts; and 4) Communicating orally and in writing with all levels of an organization on production control issues.
