Responsibilities
Formulate seller's life cycle incubation strategy on e-commerce platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve the business for mass sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions.
Conduct deep dives to understand seller segment and root causes of seller performance analysis on issues affecting seller business performance and provide the voice of the seller as an input into product development and process improvement.
Own channel management and seller communication, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, incubation program etc.
Accumulate and share knowledge to drive best practice with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field, and three years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have two years of experience in each of the following skills:
Experience in mass account management, mass seller incubation, or managing hundreds of sellers;
Collecting and analyzing data related to content, sales, and method of marketing and distribution of sellers on e-commerce platform to optimize their e-commerce strategy to achieve their sales goals;
Measuring, assessing, and improving the awareness of sellers on e-commerce platform;
Developing US-localization business plans by managing the strategic partnerships with sellers and identifying and implementing processes to improve products and services on ecommerce platform;
Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and interviews and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insight to influence product roadmaps; and
Using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables in Excel to organize and report data.

Travel Requirement: Domestic Travel Required up to 25%.
