The Opportunity
This position works out of our Burlington, MA location in the Heart Failure Division. In Abbott’s Heart Failure (HF) business, we’re developing solutions to diagnose, monitor and manage heart failure, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
This role conducts internal quality audits to assess compliance to the requirements of FDA, ISO, MDD, CDR, Japan, and other regulatory bodies applicable to the Quality System. To participate in and support the division during external regulatory audits.
What You’ll Work On
Conduct internal division compliance audits at any division facility.
Set the audit schedule, maintain the schedule, and/or update it as necessary.
Write thorough reports of the audits conducted and fully inform participants, managers of the audited area, and quality management of the audit results.
Prepare for external audits. Be a support and/or participant during external audits.
Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2 + years of related work experience
Excellent writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner

The base pay for this position is
$60,000.00 – $120,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
