What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of our Commerce City retail location

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the SAPP values

• Create and uphold a culture of 5-Star Service where guests always feel welcome

• Manage smart scheduling, promotions, and sales initiatives to meet and exceed goals

• Oversee inventory management, collaborate with vendors, and ensure a safe and efficient environment

• Maintain company standards for cleanliness and operational excellence

• Lead by example, setting the tone for guest-first service, employee engagement, and performance

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience (bonus if you’ve managed multiple locations or new store launches)

• 5+ years of customer service or operations experience in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to build strong teams, motivate others, and foster accountability

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences and working with integrity

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations
