We grow together!</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain advanced automation solutions using low-code platforms and emerging agentic/GenAI technologies.</li><li>Drive proof-of-concept initiatives with business stakeholders and scale them into production environments.</li><li>Act as a solution architect by analyzing processes, selecting appropriate platforms, and ensuring secure, scalable integrations.</li><li>Oversee DevOps activities for automation platforms, including CI/CD, environment strategy, monitoring, and reliability.</li><li>Research and implement emerging standards and protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol) to strengthen platform capabilities.</li><li>Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and safety requirements, including guardrails and observability.</li><li>Provide technical mentorship and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of innovation and best practice adoption.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven expertise with low-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Microsoft Copilot Studio, KNIME, Outsystems).</li><li>Strong programming proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.</li><li>Experience applying GenAI and agentic automation patterns, including tool calling, planning, and state management.</li><li>Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods and vector database integrations.</li><li>Background in DevOps practices for automation/AI platforms (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform).</li><li>Familiarity with guardrails, content safety, and responsible AI frameworks.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to deliver customer-facing PoCs.</li><li>Growth mindset, adaptability to new technologies, and commitment to continuous learning.</li><li>Advantageous: understanding of legacy RPA platforms and ability to bridge with modern architectures.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
