DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Warehouse & Distribution, this hybrid position will be located in Rayhnam, MA (USA). Alternate Hybrid locations maybe considered at Raritan, NJ (USA); West Chester, PA (USA); Palm Beach Gardens, FL (USA); Raritan, NJ (USA).

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview 

The Sr. Manager, Warehouse & Distribution provides strategic and operational leadership for warehouse and distribution operations supporting DePuy Synthes’ orthopedic portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of medical devices while driving continuous improvement across service, cost, quality, and delivery performance. The position plays a critical role in enabling patient care by ensuring product availability, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across the supply chain. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipment of medical devices. 

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, GDP/GMP, internal quality systems). 

• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost performance. 

• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to align distribution capabilities with business demand.
