What you'll do:
- Channel Partner Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to partners to ensure their success.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and align on strategies.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing programs and campaigns for partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and educate partners on Everbridge’s products, services, and value proposition.
- Ensure partners are well-equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market conditions, product enhancements, and customer needs.
- Ensure all partner activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance and forecasts to senior management.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
