Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience
Hours: 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri. If there is OT the schedule will be 6am-4:30pm Mon-Fri with Saturdays as needed.

Position Overview
Under the direction of the South-Central Warehouse (SCW) Manger, the Warehouse Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficient flow of materials and products within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks that revolve around inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service inquiries. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a well-organized and smoothly functioning department are crucial to our success.
Responsibilities
Coordination and Processes:
• Reversals on deliveries for accounting
• Virtual goods receipts for Johnson purchase orders
• Virtual goods receipts for all non-Johnson purchase orders
• Create new bin locations for parts storage
• Bin to bin transfers for parts movements
• Location lookup for inbound containers
• Inventory adjustments (refurb, assembly, quality, parts, finished goods)
• Ordering of all packaging materials for the department
• Cancel and delete deliveries
• Material to material moves for all parts changes
• Adjust in all return to shipper parts
• Post all customer pick up and mail orders
• All adjustments for return authorization paperwork
• Backup for cycle count entry
• General data entry
• Dept metrics maintenance
• Other clerical tasks as assigned
• Finished goods cycle counts
• Parts cycle count audits
• Investigate serial number issues
• Audit purchase order receipts
• Audit parts put aways
• Perform parts aisle audits
Customer Service Inquiries:
• Work closely with all finished goods, parts, and assembly team members
Maintain Work Practices:
• Maintain work area to 5S standards as posted in work area
• Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers
Marginal Job Functions:
• Will be required to unload and load trucks as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
Education:
• Associate degree or combination of equivalent of education and experience required
• Associate degree in Logistics, Business Management or Operations preferred
Experience:
• Prior warehouse experience is a prerequisite and should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage their tasks independently.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse role, with an understanding of logistics and distribution operations
• Concise written and verbal communication along with multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
Other Requirements:
• Advanced SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Experience with cycle counting, data entry, and invoice auditing
• Valid driver’s license is required for travel between local facilities
