What You Will Do
The Rotor Core Process and Improvement Manager (P4) will be responsible for interfacing with value stream team ensuring transformation activities are documented and align to RTX Process. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible to maintain value stream engagements and support GM team with standardization and progress within the appropriately Pratt & Whitney tools, databases, and resource areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Process improvements
Value Stream Action Tracking and support to closure
Process Documentation and SIPOC verification
Value Stream Maturity
Change Management
Continuous Improvement
Digital Tool manager for value stream
Organize and present data to support decision making and priorities
Provide guidance for development of project schedule and budget and monitor project execution for compliance with defined targets and objectives.
Travel: 25% - 50%
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Engineering, or Digital Technology; OR an Advanced degree (MS/MBA) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
Degree STEM field and background in either Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Program Management.
Demonstrated ability to work and motivate internal/external customers and cross-disciplinary team members
Advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma) (CORE)
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior level management.
