We're looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management and Automation Architect to join our IT Infrastructure team. Reporting to the VP-Digital Employee Experience, you'll be responsible to:

• Communicate IAM strategic vision, aligning it with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Design, deploy, and manage IAM solutions in compliance with security policies, regulations, and team goals.
• Establish comprehensive protocols for the identity lifecycle, covering provisioning, authentication, authorization, and de-provisioning.
• Implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to safeguard critical systems and regulate access to sensitive resources.
• Manage automation programs to optimize identity management processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy while reducing operational complexity.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years designing IAM solutions in enterprise settings.
• Experience with IAM principles, protocols, and frameworks like OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef).
• Experience with IAM technologies (Okta, Opal, Lumos, ConductorOne), IaC principles, Kubernetes, Docker, security fundamentals, encryption, and compliance (HIPAA, PCI DSS).

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with IAM technologies like Okta, Opal, Lumos, ConductorOne, or similar.
• Knowledge of IaC principles and configuration tools like Kubernetes, Docker, or similar.
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals, encryption, and compliance mandates like HIPAA and PCI DSS.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$175,000—$250,000 USD
