Operations Analyst/Associate (Portfolio Administration)

Who we are looking for:
First Eagle is seeking an Operations Analyst/Associate to sit in the New York office. This role requires excellent teamwork, administrative and communication skills.
What you will do:
Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the organization's daily operations
Work closely with Investment teams and Compliance for proxy voting and related administrative tasks
Support investor relations duties for our private fund offerings
Assist in troubleshooting problems and issues and process improvements as they relate to daily operational activities
Coordinate and collaborate with internal department units to enable, support and improve day-today business operations and processes
Maintain documentation and operational procedures for the team
Calculation and collection of management and performance fees for separately managed accounts
Implement and maintain regulatory operational requirements as needed
Assist with daily, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
Support operational and set up tasks related to account on/offboarding
Provide administrative support to the Technology & Operations team
Serve as a back up to Retail SMA operations
The qualities you should have:
Undergraduate Degree
2+ years of related experience in financial services
Strong teamwork skills and work ethic; a collaborative work style is essential
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, and efficient
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to perform in a time sensitive environment and deal with fluctuating work volume
Base Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
