As a(n) Senior Analytics Application Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading … Creating healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers
• Implementing …Enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions.
• Determining …the design, coding, and delivery of 3M HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting …3M HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.
• Willingness to be on-call (interest question)

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of (5) years of experience in Software Development
• High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (9) years of experience in Software Development
• (1+) years Amazon Web Services Development for Enterprise solutions

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• (3+) years Web Development Experience
• (1+) years Angular development experience
• (3+) years working in an agile development environment

• Healthcare data analysis: FHIR, HL7/ X12 Claims and Clinical Data
• (1+) years Amazon QuickSight Development experience
• Skills include… Product planning, requirements gathering, documenting voice of customer, strong teamwork
