Responsibilities:

The role will have direct involvement in various aspects of the People & Culture function including: benefits administration, employee relations, retention, employee communications, wage & hour compliance, workers’ compensation, and legal matters related to hotel employees.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-4 years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
• A general working knowledge of labor laws (Local, State, and Federal)
• The ability to react and adjust to changing business environments while implementing efficient workflow processes.
• Strong organizational and project management ability.
• High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.
• Mastery of the English language in all forms. A second language is a plus!
• College education, SHRM certification or equivalent experience
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining the confidentiality of Human Resources.
• Administer and train employees on behalf of Human Resources including but not limited to FSITP, benefits, core and culture standards.
