Department Overview:
The Administrative Transformation Program (ATP) is a project led by the Universities of Wisconsin Administration and UW-Madison that will implement the Workday enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and Huron Research Suite to manage financial, HR, and research administration activities. ATP is based on a people-first approach to ensure decision-makers, employees, and stakeholders benefit from improved processes, efficiencies, consistency, and transparency.Anticipated Start Date:

Must be a current UW studentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in (or willing to grow skills within) Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of basic video editing
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet assigned deadlines
- Works well independently and in a team
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Under the direct of ATP's Engagement Specialist, the Student Training Assistant will help with maintaining and developing ATP's training deliverables.
This includes:
- Weekly: Coordinate with ATP Engagement Specialist to help maintain and develop ATP's training materials, update deliverables tracking system, and edit transcript files
- Additional duties, as needed
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, or remain stationary at a computer keyboard while performing job functions.
