Job Description: Our Summer 2026 Internship Program is an 8-week summer internship designed for undergraduate students. During the Internship, you will be fully immersed in our Audit's day-to-day activities, gaining hands-on experience working alongside professionals at all levels. 
Our Internship will provide you with insight into the field of public accounting. Your Internship will give you the same exposure to Gursey Schneider LLP as our associate-level hires while participating in interactive and engaging programming.

Successful candidates should have the following:

• A minimum overall GPA and accounting GPA of 3.4.
• An interest in understanding audit and accounting issues.
• The ability to use firm technology to improve customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s program with an emphasis in accounting or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to comply with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• Assist with audit work papers by documenting audit test findings and conclusions.
• Perform accounting research and test analytical procedures on financial data.
• Help identify and analyze audit issues and propose strategies to resolve them.
• Collaborate with other team members on a variety of engagements.
• Assist in performing and documenting audit procedures
• Prepare workpapers to complete audits, reviews, and other engagements.
• Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters

Preferred Qualifications

• It is strongly preferred that you plan to complete the 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirements for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2026 and August 2027.
