Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our iconic brands include BOTOX® Cosmetic, CoolSculpting®, JUVÉDERM® and more.

Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

We’re looking for a Tech Business Operations Associate Program Manager as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted platform. As the Tech Business Operations Associate Program Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, Tech Business Operations, as well as continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.

You Will

70% - manage, optimize, and implement internal business processes:

  • Supplier onboarding and procurement
  • SaaS license purchasing and ongoing administration
  • Vendor management and ongoing relationships
  • Access request audits and internal tooling provisioning request approvals
  • Expense and budget management
  • Internal knowledge sharing in Confluence
  • Other new internal business processes as needed

20% - Support internal events

  • Liaise with AbbVie’s internal events team to coordinate critical strategic leadership offsites
  • Support leadership and org-wide team building events as needed

10% - Program efficiency and effectiveness

  • Recommend and implement new processes for improving day-to-day business operations

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, administration, or operations
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to lead projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting others to be successful as a team

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.  Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This range may be modified in the future.

  • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Compensation Range (Minimum - Maximum)$66,000—$125,500 USD
