About the Role:

Boston Scientific’s Electrophysiology division is seeking a senior product manager to support commercialization across the EP capital portfolio, spanning multiple next-generation platforms and software ecosystems. This role is responsible for executing downstream marketing strategy and driving day-to-day commercialization across a complex portfolio, including OPAL HDx, FARASTAR, and adjacent capital technologies.

 

This individual will play a critical role in operationalizing global capital rollout strategy, driving cross-platform coordination, and ensuring successful capital execution across new product development. The role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, capital equipment expertise, and commercial leadership, with significant interaction with the sales organization.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

 

Capital Portfolio Commercialization

  • Execute downstream marketing and commercialization plans across the EP capital portfolio for new product launches
  • Support alignment and prioritization across capital initiatives to ensure cohesive portfolio execution
  • Operationalize global capital rollout strategies, including system upgrades for new product introductions

 

Launch Execution and Rollout

  • Lead execution of capital launches and upgrades, including installed base upgrades (e.g., FARASTAR v1.5 transition)
  • Support connection box and enabling technology launches
  • Partner cross-functionally with global supply chain, program management, operations, and sales to ensure seamless execution

 

Sales Enablement and Field Leadership

  • Serve as a key interface to the global organization, providing tools, training, and support to enable capital sales and rollout success
  • Present to internal stakeholders, leadership, and customers as a subject matter expert in EP capital systems
  • Engage in the field to gather insights and support adoption

 

Performance Management and Analytics

  • Develop and manage KPI dashboards to track capital performance, adoption, and commercial execution
  • Lead KPI reporting across the portfolio in partnership with finance to support forecasting and performance tracking
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to optimize execution

 

Product Lifecycle and Continuous Improvement

  • Support ongoing product iterations and sustaining efforts across capital platforms
  • Incorporate customer and field feedback into product, commercial, and training execution
  • Support competitive positioning and differentiation across the EP capital ecosystem

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device marketing, product management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of capital equipment and software-based medical technologies
  • Proven ability to execute product launches and drive commercial success
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of business administration
  • Experience in electrophysiology, cardiology, or related fields

 

Work Model:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
