About the Team

The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy and Enablement Team is looking for a dynamic Manager who is well-versed and passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce. You will help inform and influence the strategy for Walmart Connect’s rapidly growing Sales team. This role demands strong analytical rigor to drive insights across Partnerships businesses, with a focus on Agency and Media partnerships.

Job Description

• Provides data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs and collaborating with internal and external business partners.
• Design presentations that craft a cohesive and compelling narrative, clearly communicating sales strategies, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences.
• Drives processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and high quality output by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements.
• Presents expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
• Demonstrates proficiency in pulling and analyzing data using SQL, including writing complex queries to extract, manipulate, and report data from various databases.
• Exhibits the flexibility to support data-related needs across Walmart Connect’s extensive and growing partner network.

What you'll bring:

• The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively either via presentation or whitepaper.
• The capability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes, evaluate what-if scenarios, and conduct dry runs to identify and resolve gaps before implementation.
• Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration across various teams, with a strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical and strategic skills, such as business analyst, data analyst, consulting, or business development.
