We are headquartered in Chicago and have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan in a hybrid work environment model (2-3 days in office/week).
Senior Digital Media Managers at Envisionit are accountable for the setup, QA & optimization of our client's media campaigns, particularly paid social. They work closely with our internal Creative & Analytics teams on asset management and reporting, and own the budget planning process as well as the creative mix within social channels campaigns. Key functions:
- Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring all details and requirements are met
- Oversee daily and weekly campaign performance, executing key routines and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with account leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign timelines, tracking, and reporting
- Implement test strategies, manage in-flight optimizations, and adjust budgets, bids, and ads based on direction and performance insights
- Ensure all digital tracking, pixels, and attribution systems are set up and functioning accurately for seamless campaign measurement
- Maintain meticulous campaign and optimization logs, supporting the completion of key departmental scorecards and accountability rituals
- Reconcile paid media spend monthly and support resolution of discrepancies in partnership with finance and account teams
- Contribute data-driven insights and support the creation of compelling campaign reports for client presentations
What we’re looking for:
- 4-6 years of experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google & Bing, with a proven ability to improve performance across target KPIs
- 4+ years hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, with a strong track record of driving measurable improvements across key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience using automated bid strategies such as tCPA, tROAS, rule based bidding, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Google suite of products such as docs, sheets, slides, etc
- A self-starter, able to execute effectively on new ideas and see projects through start to finish
- Experience with Google Performance Max, App Download acquisition and/or Stack Adapt is a plus

Perks, Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - 110,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
