This exciting opportunity is for an energetic, independent RN who is looking for a new nursing challenge. The Nurse Influencer position is to support Virtua's new internal agency venture. The right candidate for the job will ideally have at least 5 years of bedside experience and 2 years of leadership. Previous agency experience is a plus.

Job Summary:

Creates and delivers effective campaigns and communication (including social media) to promote brand, reputation management, new employment option launches and overall employee value proposition.  Tracks, collects, analyzes, and communicates market, consumer, and competitor intelligence to support recruitment of registered nurses and other requisitions.  Conducts campus tours for prospective candidates and serves as a concierge through the hiring experience. 

Position Responsibilities

Research and source candidates to fill open registered nurse and other clinical-based requisitions. Uses technology-based (including social media) search and sourcing techniques. Partner with marketing, communications, recruitment, and other leaders to develop an aligned social strategy.

Creates and manages multimedia content related to sourcing and generating prospective candidate leads. Introduces and participates in brand reputation, new or refined employment option launches, and event promotion initiatives.

Acts as employment experience concierge through a candidate’s hiring journey.

Establishes external relationships and maintains them through a customer relationship management database (CRM).

Consults with hiring leaders to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and preferences.

Assesses campaign and interventions.  Provides reporting, data, metrics, and insights to key stakeholders.

Required Experience:

Five years registered nurse experience, with a minimum of two years leadership experience preferred.

Required Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Training / Certification / Licensure:

RN License.
