We are looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our franchise and make an impact every day. Our mission is clear: to help restore fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.” You’ll play a critical role in driving that mission forward.

In this leadership position, you will mentor and motivate a high-performing marketing team while overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll manage e-marketing resources, maintain our contact database, develop compelling presentation materials, and represent our franchise at local and regional events, trade shows, and professional associations.

We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong marketing background, and a passion for providing exceptional service. If you are dependable, ambitious, and thrive on exceeding expectations, this could be your perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual marketing needs assessments, including planning CE classes, lunch-and-learns, and other educational events
  
  
• Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget and action plans for centers of influence (COIs)
  
  
• Establish revenue, collection, and activity goals; monitor performance against marketing objectives
  
  
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including annual marketing plans and budgets
  
  
• Increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and coaching the marketing team
  
  
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate marketing staff performance, and oversee administrative tasks related to marketing
  
  

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience with a proven track record of growth
  
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
  
  
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
  
  
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  
  
• Ability to build rapport in new or challenging situations
  
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  
  
• Experience with professional sales or marketing associations is a plus
  
  
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check, where applicable
