Used Truck Inventory Coordinator

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Used Truck Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Used Truck Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing the used truck inventory to ensure units are retail ready for sale, while analyzing and resolving any inventory related issues. This role oversees overall used truck inventory control at the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the check-in process of all incoming inventory to determine trade terms compliance and reconditioning required.
• Responsible for the check-out process of outgoing inventory sold or transferred by other branches.
• Oversee all facets of reconditioning of inventory including minor repairs and coordinates all other repairs with TLG shop and outside vendors.
• Keep the inventory merchandised properly, cleaned and in starting order with photographs.
• Assist manager to ensure sold units are delivered as promised to customers.
• Update inventory system and keep records of inventory inspections, checklists, repair orders, warranty, and other important truck-related documentation.
• Maintain the grounds including trash pickup and minor building maintenance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Two years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• A mechanical aptitude is recommended.
