About the Job

• You will curate and oversee the presentation of products, ensuring a compelling customer experience that inspires engagement and sales.

• You will be responsible for site and catalog programs to help our brand meet sales and margin goals

• You will work with site merchandising, buying merchandising and planning, production, product managers to ensure products and programs are represented on the website.

• Use financial reporting to identify category insights, ensuring data-driven and strategic planning to optimize performance and improve category growth in partnership with buying and planning teams.

• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, copy, and multimedia content. 

• Ensure that each story is relevant, and resonates with the target audience

• Review site and navigation metrics, such as clicks, traffic, conversion rates, and clickthrough rates to gauge the success of category and story programs

About You

• 3 - 5 years in retail e-commerce and site merchandising

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

• Prior experience with SAP Backoffice, Adobe Analytics, JIRA

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,800- $91,200 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
