About the team
The mission of the Privacy and Security Quality Team is to protect the personal privacy data of the hundreds of millions of users of Internationalization's short video business, so that users can explore, create, and connect with confidence. In the process of building tools, frameworks, architectures, platforms, and processes that reliably protect user privacy, you will face unprecedented challenges such as global multi-Data centers , architectures with thousands of microservices, multiple storage ( MySQL / Redis / Kafka / Hive / Clickhouse ) and development languages, ultra-high concurrency, and collaborative large-scale R&D teams. You need to have solid architecture and business understanding skills. Our team can also provide you with panoramic and unique data development experience in privacy system architecture and data protection quality solutions, looking forward to your joining.

As an SDET on our Test team, you will:
- Build a comprehensive privacy data quality mining and privacy quality measurement index system, precipitate privacy data quality analysis methods and monitoring frameworks, refine privacy data product requirements, and cooperate with relevant teams (quality, data platform engine, data platform development, etc.) to complete data monitoring system construction
- Participate in the application of Big data component technology, the quality construction, transformation and technical research of Internationalization short video Data Lineage
- Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: task and resource scheduling system, Data Transmission Service, Data assets management, real-time quality monitoring, flow batch integration technology and other fields

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of work experience and Bachelor's degree or above in computer or related majors,
- Proficient in one of the following programming language: Java/C/C++/Go/Python
- have in-depth testing technology accumulation and project experience in at least one direction of Android/iOS/Web/Server
- Solid engineering ability, proficient in SQL and at least one other programming language (Python , Go, Java, C/C++, etc.), proficient in Linux, Hadoop , Hive and at least two related engineering tools
- Have a better quality vision, and be able to introduce or create a quality model suitable for the business as well as strong sensitivity in teamwork, strong self-drive, strong learning ability, clear logic, quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to withstand pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Data and Big data testing, data warehouse development experience and data quality infrastructure building experience
- Experience in automated build and continuous integration, automated testing, operation and maintenance, and monitoring platform project development
- Systematic thinking in the fields of network, performance optimization, stability governance, attack and defense, privacy mining, etc.
- Large-scale data processing experience and data warehouse or data operation experience
- Familiar with Data Mining or Machine Learning, Data Statistical Analysis, Data Lineage , Data Identification and Classification
