To drive continued success, we are seeking a committed, creative and experienced individual to join our winning team as Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications. This newly created position can be based in our Bridgewater, New Jersey, USA on-site location, or remotely from a home-based office anywhere in the USA in accordance with our Work from Home policy.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing and Communication leads and executes external and internal facing marketing and communications strategies and initiatives to support the promotion and proactive management of Everest’s brand to the global marketplace, existing and potential clients, global employee base and partners.

This role will work closely with Everest senior leadership team across corporate management, business development, and functional leadership teams to define effective marketing strategies, plans and budgets considering Everest’s business goals, capabilities and key differentiators.

The role will also closely manage the quality execution of each external marketing and communications initiative, including content development, administering social media and online channels, implementing and managing marketing and communication tools, and measuring the performance of the marketing and communications initiatives.

The Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications may also provide corporate communications support to the Everest senior leadership team as needed.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications Strategy Development:   

Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with Everest Senior Leadership to establish short-and long-term strategic B2B marketing and communications plans to promote brand presence, and optimize Everest’s profile as a both a quality-focused CRO and great place to work across global regions.  

Develop in-depth knowledge of Everest’s business growth journey, capabilities, strengths, competitive landscape, and long-term corporate goals to devise a marketing and communications strategic plan with prioritized initiatives.

Develop and maintain a detailed marketing and communications budget focused on priority initiatives. Provide ROI and value case estimates to justify recommended initiatives, with input and approval from Everest Senior Leadership.

Define corporate communications strategy, standards and practices to ensure corporate messages to employees, clients, partners, and external channels are strategic, timely, high quality, convey the right level and quality of information, considering the various stakeholders and professional and cultural standards.

Engage external advisors such as brand/creative agencies where required to support strategy and plan definition, and manage external agency performance.   

Marketing Plan Delivery and Maintenance:

Support the content creation, execution and measurement of marketing and communications initiatives and collateral across various channels (e.g., social media posts, case studies, client presentations decks, company and services one-pager/brochures, email marketing, and more).

Manage the effective execution of committed marketing and communications projects – high quality, on budget and on time, and according to the agreed priority initiatives. This may include online campaigns, award/nomination initiatives, Everest’s attendance at key conferences, trade shows, and presentations, thought leadership campaigns, etc.

Lead the strategic review and routine update of Everest’s current online assets such as Corporate Webs
