Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time, Temporary)

Description
We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates across multiple locations/facilities. You will also assist with onboarding and other HR related activities as assigned.
In this temporary role, we are looking looking for someone who could work twenty (20) hours per week onsite at our Fitchburg, WI office. The preferred schedule would be four (4) hours per day, Monday - Friday to provide consistent service to our candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, select, and hire candidates across multiple locations/facilities
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding and other HR related activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Paylocity recruitment and onboarding options preferred.
