What you will be doing:

Working alongside our Transformation Managers and supporting Private Equity portfolio companies, you will:

· Support the development of Value Creation Plans (VCPs): Contribute to translating strategic plans into concrete execution roadmaps and performance improvement initiatives

· Conduct quantitative analysis and problem-solving: Perform financial modeling, operational diagnostics, and market research to identify value creation levers

· Monitor and track transformation programs: Develop and maintain program dashboards, action plans, and performance tracking tools to ensure timely progress against defined milestones

· Prepare high-impact client materials: Create executive presentations, progress reports, and financial impact summaries for C-level leadership and PE sponsors

· Engage with technology-enabled transformation initiatives: Support the integration of digital tools, analytics platforms, and ERP/operational system upgrades as part of broader transformation efforts

· Support stakeholder alignment: Participate in client meetings, document key actions and decisions, and assist in managing the communication flow between project stakeholders

· Assist in change management activities: Help prepare communication materials, training content, and organizational readiness assessments to foster buy-in and adoption

What you will bring:

· 2–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate transformation, PE portfolio support, or strategy and operations roles within fast-paced corporate environments

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

· Experience in program management, with proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project considered a plus

· Exposure to technology-driven transformation projects (ERP, digital tools, data analytics) is highly valued

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Italian (mandatory)

· High levels of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

· A passion for Private Equity, corporate transformation, and value creation topics
